Beloved welcome to the month of February, our month of fruitful financial freedom and favor.

Beloved of God, in this new month, God’s promises to you and I is fruitful financial freedom and favor. God has not created you to be in want for anything. God did not create you to be in want for food, clothing and shelter. God did not create you for lack, God did not create you for affliction. God did not create you for sorrow. God did not create you for poverty. God did not create you to suffer. God did not create you to be a slave. God in His infinite mercy, wisdom and grace wishes above all things that you prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers. God in His eternal love promises to provide all things that pertains to life and godliness for you and I in the very beginning of creation and that promise is still certain and sure. It is unchangeable and will never fail. That promise still stands.

Beloved, I want you to trust in God’s word. Trust in the scriptures because the word of God is the voice of God. The word of God is the mind of God. The word of God is the heart of God. The word of God is how God sees you. It is what God says about you and it is what God wants you to be and has designed you to be. So please, do not let anyone tell you otherwise. Do not let anyone bamboozle you into thinking that wealth will come from somewhere else apart from God.
Do not let anyone make you think that without hard work and perseverance, you will make it big. Don’t let anyone pressurize you into investing in what you do not believe in with the assurance that you can make it big without lifting a finger. You must have something that you are doing. Something that God can pour his love and blessings on. It must be something legitimate. Not something fraudulent or illegitimate.
Well, some may disagree with me and say, no, and that wealth could fall upon them suddenly if they invest in one of those penny wise, pound foolish schemes that promises to triple your money if you invest it with them. Beloved, be careful so your investments do not suddenly grow wings and fly away. It’s happened to me before and to so many others, so do not let it happen to you. You do not need to be as rich as King Solomon before can impact your world; however, God has created you to shine his light, to make impact and you cannot be what God wants you to be without financial freedom; the heaven kind of financial freedom.
Some may disagree with me today but that’s ok. Some may say, I can be financially free if I win the lottery. That is so true if that happens by chance. But I have seen people that won the lottery before and have now become penniless. Let’s ask the rhetorical question of why did they become penniless? They became penniless because they did not have the prerequisite heavenly wisdom to handle fruitful financial freedom and favor. They got it all wrong and lost it all.

Beloved of God, as I said in the very beginning of this message, God wants to bless you this month, this year and everyday of your life but your financial principles must align with His.

Proverbs 21v5 says; the plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance, but everyone who is hasty comes only to poverty.
Don’t rush to join the bandwagon of those who make blood money, don’t join the bandwagon of the fraudulent, the thieves, the ritualistic and the kidnappers who collects ransom to become rich.
God is not against riches but He is against wealth that does not stem from Him or that does not glorify him.
Beloved, from the little you earn, have a savings plan because saving honors God. Save more and borrow less, because the borrower is a slave to the lender.
Be aware that the love of money is the root of all evil, so do not sell your integrity on the altar of money. Do not be a slave to money. Rather be Lord over money.
The reason why you must save is to be prepared for the inevitable. Be prepared for tomorrow. Don’t just assume that tomorrow will take care of itself, and then go about using today to invest in things you cannot afford.
You must also learn to give because the secret to having is giving. Luke 6v38 buttresses this point. Give and it will be given unto you, good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over…
However you must decide where to give, how to give and who to give to…. Do not let anyone make this decision for you so that you do not later end up in regrets. Let the Holy Spirit guide you on who to bless and who to avoid because I have heard stories of people giving in some parts of Africa and as they give, their glory is stolen etc….these stories are not to scare anyone, rather, they are meant to guide you and I so that we can think and pray deeply before giving to anyone or to any altar.

Let me quickly share five biblical financial principles with you today and I want you to meditate on it.

  1. Make God your source because he is the source and seek Godly counsel before investing. God is the river that never runs dry and remember that little drops of water makes an ocean so, there is nothing wrong with having multiple streams of income and saving for your old age.; See Proverbs 8v20-21 and Philippians 4v19.
  2. Live on Your margin and not above your means and keep a budget. Do not live on credit. Have a spiritual margin, physical margin and a financial margin. Luke 5v4-6.
  3. Save for your tomorrow and avoid debt as much as you can. Avoid the debt trap and don’t envy others for the things they have. Work for your own because it is God that gives the increase.
    Proverbs 21v20, Proverbs 22v3.
  4. Be content with what you have and give unto Caeser what is due by paying your taxes; Mark 12v17, Hebrews 13v5; For example having one of every life essentials is enough. One car, One house, one wife etc…Remember that the more you have the more you need to cater for and worry about…
  5. Work hard and learn to take a rest. Play hard when you need to and never be surety for anyone. Proverbs 27v13 , Proverbs 14v23; Genesis 1v1.

Beloved of God, if you and I can adhere to these guiding principles according to scriptures, in a few years down the line; you and I will be able to boast that indeed God promised me fruitful financial freedom and favor in February of 2023 and I am a partaker.

Let us pray!

Dear heavenly Father, as you empower me to make wealth, please give me the grace to sustain it and grow it in the name of Jesus.
Dear heavenly Father, please empower me and endow me with your supernatural grace for financial favor, in Jesus Mighty Name! Amen!
Dear heavenly Father, may my eyes be open to supernatural opportunities that will allow me to attain greatness and become financially responsible, fruitful and favored…, in Jesus Mighty Name! Amen And Trillion Amen!

Shalom!
